We offer fast and reliable shipping across the UK.

• Standard Delivery: 7 working days – £5.00. This is due to the kit being configured prior to despatch.

• We currently only ship within the UK.

• You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied:

• You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• To start a return, please contact us at info@gardenwifi.co.uk with your order number.

• Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
